Her passion for the industry stems from growing up with her family's real estate company which developed many of Chicagoland's most elite subdivisions of luxury homes. She is a NAR certified Real Estate Negotiating Expert and Pricing Strategy Advisor with a former career in ad strategy for numerous fortune 50 companies. With an inherent passion for real estate and love for helping her clients, Melanie uses her strategic and creative nature to assist her clients in achieving their real estate goals.

 With a unique background as a prosecuting attorney in Boston, an elementary school teacher in Florida, and a mother of two, Kimberly brings a new level of professionalism and service to the Real Estate industry. Her background allows her to understand her clients and successfully negotiate on their behalf throughout each and every transaction. Her business is relationship-focused and she prides herself on maintaining the highest level of professional standard. She draws on her 18 years of real estate experience and her previous professional careers to achieve results for every client, most of whom have become personal friends.
